How do I join?
- Joining is easy! All you have to did is create an account.

How do I earn points?
- You must be signed in to your jenni-lynn account at the time of checkout. If you check out as a guest you will not be awarded the points. You earn points on all purchases except the purchase or redemption of gift cards, shipping and credits.

What happens if I return something?
- When items are returned, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from you point balance on your account.
